Alicia is a great person to work with. We were tough customers not knowing if we wanted to do a cruise or land vacation in Italy. However, we ended up going to Switzerland for a week and then to Maldives for another week. Alicia was there to find us the best deals on flights, best connecting flights, as well as contacting the agencies and hotels to make reservations on our behalf. We fully trusted her to take care of our dream vacation. We didn’t have to call anyone or make any arrangements because Alicia was so great and took care of everything for us. She was very responsive during the trip planning and kept us up to date on tickets, prices, hotels, etc. During the vacation, we had a slight misunderstanding regarding hotels on our last leg of the trip, but Alicia was there for us and made it right by her quick action. We would definitely recommend Alicia. She is a knowledgeable agent and fun to work with, who will make any type of vacation your best.
